Minimum stay: the booking periods are usually from Saturday to Saturday, for one or more weeks. In special seasons the apartments can be rented also for time periods less than a week.

Arrival/Departure: Arrival Saturdays from 5-7pm; Departure Saturdays till 10am.

Down payment (mandatory): 20% of the total sum at booking (bank draft or postal order).

Deposit (mandatory): 150 EUR at receipt of the keys, will be returned at departure.

We will consider binding only such bookings for which a down payment has been made.

Even in case of late arrival or early departure we will debit the whole period according to what had been booked.
